Steady-handed

Please help me correct the errors. Thanks!

My friend, Peggy, is an out-going girl. She is also a kind and lovely girl. She loves sharing news with her friends. Therefore, she has many good friends around her. She is a responsible person and she works hard. Hence, she always deals with people and situation in a steady-handed way. She may have great achievement someday.

Top answer

"Outgoing" is not hyphenated. " "situation" should be plural. "Steady-handed" is wrong; it means without trembling hands.

"Outgoing" is not hyphenated.
A comma is required after "responsible person."
"situation" should be plural.
"Steady-handed" is wrong; it means without trembling hands. If you mean fair and just, use "even-handed."
The last sentence should read "She may achieve great things someday."

I change the sentence "She always deals with people and situation in a steady-handed way" as follows:

"She always deals with people and situations in gentle manner but firm in action." Is it acceptable?

Not quite. Your construction needs to be parallel. "In a gentle manner" is prepositional phrase but "firm in action" is an adjective modified by a prepositional phrase. (Note that you'll need an article for "manner" when it's modified, here by "gentle" ). You may make them both adjectives in a prepositional phrase:
