All of them sound ok.....

To some degree, the meaning "how long are you going to stay there / for" is slightly different to that of "how will you be there /for?

Correct me if I am wrong.

The 'for' is unnecessary, and adds nothing to the meaning. The same for 'at' in, 'Where are my keys at?'

Oh, well... At least I didn't say anything stupid:)

Thanks for all of you!:)

Oh, by the way...

thanks for all of you

or

thanks, all of you ?

In this situation, you can say, "Thanks to all of you."

And I can say, "You're welcome."

What about the following sentence?

Which univeristy/where are you studying at?

In this case, at is not a must as well, right?

Although these two seem unlikely in informal conversation, they are grammatically preferred:

At which university are you studying?

Which university is it where you are studying?
