Stayed behind

How should I say this sentence Grammatically?I made many mistakes in the past that's I stayed/remained behind in my life. And how would I say this in passive voice?

Top answer

I've made many mistakes that continue to affect my life. Why do you want to say it in the passive voice? It's not the kind of sentence that sounds very good in the passive, so you won't really be able to use it anyway.
