stay until retire or stay for retirement

Hi,

does make sense to say," I want to stay in the company until I retire?"

Is it also making sense to say," I want to stay this company for retirement?"

If not, what is the correct expression?

I am just want to find the answer that I can use when I apply for a job at a company and in case they ask me how long I will stay for the company.

thanks!
