Stay over and sleep over

Hi teachers~

I would like to know if I understand the differences between these two.

I looked them up and I found out they both means 'sleep at someone else's home, but the differences are stay over has sexual meaning, too and sleep over is usually for minors or young adults. Stay over also means only for one night.

These are what I have found out so far.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance~

Stay over - I don't sense any sexual innuendo. Suppose a friend gives a party, and it finishes late in the evening. When I prepare to leave, I see that there is very bad weather which would make the drive home dangerous.
