Status of noodles

Hi,

Background:

I love to eat ramen noodles so I boiled the water and cook the noodles and finally I was about to eat it. But as soon as I picked chopsticks, the phone rang that I should pick up. Unfortunatley it took about an hour to finish. After hanging the phone I realized that the volume of noodles got bigger and the taste wans't as good as before.

Question:
