static shock????

When you touch someone and get a shock, how do you say this?

I got a shock
I got shocked.
I got an electrical/static shock.

I touched her and got shocked.
I got a shock discharge from touching her.

Can this be possible?
I could feel the static electricity/shock while I massaged her.
