Please correct by answering #1 and correcting words?

1 When you touch someone and get an electrical shock what is that called?
2 I touched her and got shocked. I touched her and got an electrical shock. I go a shock discharge from touching her.

This is such a common experience you'd think there'd be a generic term for it. I can't find one. I just call it a static shock, but I don't think the term is accurate.

I just call it a static shock, but I don't think the term is accurate. (I got a shock from static electricity.)
The discharge itself is definitely not static! (lightening bolts)

Which is correct and you'd say. You said 'I got a shock'
but can you say I got an electircal shock or static shock.
or
I touched her and got shocked.
I got a shock discharge from touching her.
