Dear team
please can you help me with those several sentences..I don't know how to get rid of the "I". It repeats too often..maybe you would know how to improve it?
I have also taken on leadership responsibilities working as a Business Analyst at IBM’s Service Measurement and Reporting Department. In this role, I took over two international projects for which I am developing and modeling customer visions of reports. I am also responsible for supervising a part-time student who is working with me on both projects. I provided him with initial training, and I also construct his work schedule and assign tasks to him according to his abilities. Additionally, I encourage his creativity and development through involving him in key project discussions such as about problem-solving issues. In order to be able to track all the tasks and their progress, I learned to manage my working time very effectively.

You cannot avoid 'I' if you are presenting any kind of autobiography. What you can do is make your whole writing more concise.
