Hello.
Is the fgoolwing sentence right?

For Iranian players, 10 percent will be deducted from the above prizes and the equivalence will be paid in Iranian Rial as stated by the government.

I mean that the government announces a price for dollar which is very cheaper that the price for which the dollar is sold by the free market.

What can I say instead, if wrong?
