Starting the sentence with 'with'

Is this natural way of starting a sentence?

With Christmas and job, I didn't have time to do that.

Thanks

It's very natural, but I wouldn't use it in formal writing. Because of Christmas and my job.... or What with Christmas and my job [ Both are better.

Is it different grammar but the same meaning? I checked Cambridge Dictionaries Online and found:
with preposition (CAUSE) /w?ð/ B2 because of or caused by someone or something
