starting a sentence with whomever

Please, help me.

Can I start a sentence with whomever?

Whomever you choose is not a problem.

And can I say "whomever you would like to be"? or it requires a completion like "whoemever you would like to be is fine"

Thanks in advance.

Sorry, I was unclear. What I meant was that to be should be omitted because it is not meaningful in a response to this earlier statement:
Whomever you choose is not a problem.
