Are these correct?

2. Let me start with the answer for question number on.

3. I'll start with question number one.

4. Now, I'll move on to question number two.

5. Now, I'll answer for question number two.

I thought 'with' for start and 'for' for answer are unnecessary.

YES.

I think With is necessary here. But you can omit it if you want in the first two sentences.

e.g., an answer for a question
