None of these are wrong. But none of them seem something a native speaker would say.

I'd say something like this

Betty told me to see her at 8pm, just before she ate dinner.

Betty told me to see her at 8pm, just before dinner.

Your sentences all sound lto me ike she wants to see you when she has begun to put food in her mouth.
