I wanna ask different of the "begin" and "start".These are the same meaning or they aren't the same meaning...

As verbs, the words are synonymous (baslamak). The noun forms differ, however: the start ~ the beginning.

They have the same general meaning, but they cannot both always be used in all situations. You can start your car, but you can't begin your car, for example.
