Who created the first noodles? Nobody knows the origin of the first noodles because it was in the remote past. Noodles have been a staple food in many parts of the world for at least 2000 years. The earliest record of noodles appeared in a book written in China. In addition, a bowl filled up with noodles was also discovered in China. This oldest known examples of the food were made from ground millet. Since that time, introducing to Italy by the Arabs, and popularizing the food in Europe, noodles have been spreading around the world.
