Stand/wait

pls correct me if I'm wrong.

I would like to express that I would like to share a particular thing with my friend so much that I can't withhold with myself.

what do I say between:

1) I can't wait to share the yesterday's story.

2) I can't stand sharing the yesterday's story.

3) I can't stand to share the yesterday's story.

It would be nice to give me the reasons for why it's wrong.

This is good: 1) I can't wait to share yesterday's story. #2 and #3 are wrong because 'cannot stand' means 'hate'.
