Standing blood

- I got this sentence from a bottle of cosmetics:

"This lotion is helpful for standing blood, relifing inflammation and avoid scar"

- What do "standing blood" and "relifing" mean?

Thanks a lot to Teachers,

Hi Namsteven; It is not correct English. "Standing blood" might be a contusion, a bruise, or a wound (bleeding or with a scab of coagulated blood). "Relifing" is a misspelling of relieving.
