Stand in line

Excuse me ,but i have a question.What to say to a person ,who stands in line in front of me ,if i have forgotten to buy something and i want to come back and take it ,but i don't want to lose my turn?Do i have to say "Could you, please ,keep my turn?" or this is incorrect?
