Can I say,

(a) He enjoys collecting many kinds of stamps.

(b) He enjoys collecting stamps in / on his album stamp / stamp album.

(c) He enjoys collecting oversea stamps.

HE likes collecting / to collect stamps from overseas.

(b) He enjoys collecting stamps in / on his album stamp / stamp album. not fine. ( 'in his stamp album' is a fine phrase. But the entire context is odd - One does not collect stamps in an album!)
