David’s general work performance is average considering his admission to our team for just 1 year. David always shows his strong enthusiasm and ability towards the handling of the complaints cases from different parties. Whenever he receives the orders from the seniors to investigate those complaints cases, he swiftly identifies the gist of those cases and then provides a detailed report to the seniors, which significantly facilitates our team to address the concerns from the complaint parties.

On the other hand, David is a undoubtedly very green youngster at his stage, even with potential of moving forward to be a future managerial talent, there is a big room for him to make further improvement in the near future. Admittedly, his incompetence and inexperience in some aspects like horticultural and facilities management are obvious and critical, he is therefore recommended to shift more attention to those sections development and quickly acquire the required skills and knowledge in those departments by attending more training courses and taking part in different types of projects. Likewise, to cope with the ever-increasing demands from the public, David is also expected to extend his positive attitude towards his job duties, trying to manage his daily duties and even additional tasks, with little guidance from the senior officials. To be honest, his recent development has been slightly behind our expectation, perhaps caused by his regressed concentration on primary duties or by his unfamiliar with the newly-assigned tasks.
