'Staff' is a collective word, like eg 'team''

The word 'staff' refers to all the employees.
Each person is referred to as
eg an employee
eg a member of the staff.

The word 'staffs' is used like this. eg
The staff of company A and the staff of company B played a football game together.
The two staffs enjoyed the game.

staff is correct. "staffs" is not a word.

"Staffs" is a word if referring to the group of employess of more than one company.
For example:
"The staffs of two legal firms will be dining here for lunch."
Stupid sentence but you get the picture...

Staff can also be made plural if you are referring to the staff that is a rod, wand, stick, etc.
