Stacking relative pronouns

?1. I know people who are good at this and who can help you.

2. I know people who are good at this who can help you.

Are both sentences 1 and 2 correct and almost the same thing in meaning?

I think they are, and I stacked the relative pronoun "who" in sentence 2. In sentence 2, the who in "who are good" and "who can help you" refers to "people"
