Squeezed the waste papers, trod it accidentally, shake legs to and fro

There are some solid wastes of the dog. Make sure you don't trod on it accidentally.
(the person sitting on the chair)There are some books by (near) your feet. Please don't tread or brush on it.
He was shaking his leg front and back here and there while sitting on the chair, and so he knocked over the cup of coffee.
I squeezed the waste papers and made it round to chuck it away on the dustbin.

Please correct my sentences and provide me with better versions.
