Squeamish, lose face, combustible, expected 80F temperature

The World Wrestling Entertainment could not have scripted a finale better and while the squeamish may prefer to watch Jeremy Paxman grill a politician or two, this promises to be that elusive thing in sport - a grand conclusion between two sworn foes desperate not to lose face.

The cricket public are obviously expecting something combustible, and not just the expected 80F temperature, as the demand for tickets over the past 24 hours has turned what looked a poorly attended game two days ago into a sell-out.

Please explain to me the highlighted parts. I know combustible means things which can burn, but I can't understand it here.
