Sprinkles of shower

Hi

Is this phrase "sprinkles of shower" natural?

sprinkles = small dots of water

The detective had noticed the sprinkles of the shower on the door. He was convinced that someone had used the washroom.

Thanks,

Tom

You can say "drops of water", but do you want to specifically say that these came from a shower? If you mean "The detective had noticed that the shower door was wet. He was convinced someone had taken a shower (or- used the shower)" then say it this way. (Using the washroom is not the same as using the shower.)
