Hi.

For basketball we say make a basket

Baseball: hit a home run

Soccer: kick/score a goal

What do we say for sports like Badminton, Tennis, Volleyball?

I would be grateful if you could tell for any other sports you know.

my friend who played badminton used to say, kill it! haha TENNIS= a winner, meaning a stroke/hit that wins the point. Volleyball, haven't a clue!
