Spontaneously (having trouble with this setnece, please)

Is the following correct?

1 She's so bad with directions that she might spontaneously say right when ishe mean means left.

2 She's so bad with directions that she'll spontaneously say right when she means left.

can you also say

She said take a right but she might mean left.

she said take a right but sometimes she means left.

I think that 'spontaneously' doesn't fit at all in the first sentences. 'Accidentally' would be much more appropriate. She said take a right but she might have meant left.

I think that 'spontaneously' doesn't fit at all in the first sentences. 'Accidentally' would be much more appropriate.

She says take a right but sometimes means left. [Not sure what kind of context this woud be.]

if you replace spontaneously with accidentally , that both the 2 sentences are correct?

and can you say

She sometimes says to take a right but she might mean left.
