Sponsorship/Donation Letter

I am in need of drawing up a sponsorship/donation letter for my sports team. I am also in the works of putting together a charity softball tournament and would like to be able to use this letter in the same way.

this is what i came up with. it seems ok to me but i'm not sure how it flows of it is too bulky and whatnot:
