Sponsorship visa letter

i recently got married to beautiful lady from Brazil. I have moved back to live in london, and am wanting my wife to come and join me in london. i have started filling in the application. am wanting a letter to support my application. The letter that am wanting needs to have the following things mentioned in it.

- The day of our wedding 17/07/2010
- That am in full time emplyment
- tht i got accommodation (house) and tht i can can accommodate her.
- and tht am able to to support the appplication with all the documents that is need by including them in app.
