For United States Amateur Boxing {USA BOXING.I have formed a boxing team made up of neighborhood youths in Philadelphia. Currently we’re in need of a sponsor to help out with uniforms, equipments and travel expenses. Etc.

At the moment the team consist of two coaches and ten athletes. Our team has competed in tournaments such as: Golden Gloves, Diamond Belt, Silver Gloves, Ringside World Championship and the Junior Olympics.

With your help our team will able to compete at a National and International level.
In return for your sponsorship our team would advertise your business name and logo on our uniforms. Our team attends at least twenty local show yearly with an estimate of 100+ spectators attending.

Our organization is the first active organization in the for this disease. CADASIL stands for Cerebral Autosomal Dominant Arteriopathy with Sub-cortical Infarcts and Leukoencephalopathy.

Most people with CADASIL never meet another person affected by this disorder. We have reached over 500 families affected by this disorder throughout the globe. CADASIL Together We Have Hope will hold it first scientific/educational conference at the ____ hotel October 5, 2006 in .
