Sponsorship Letter Help
My son and I want him to attend his school's field trip this year. I need some help writing a sponsorship letter. Can someone help me improve this letter.
Dear Friend,
I have been selected to be the sponsor representative for Kameron Albert’s Elementary School Field trip. This year Mary Burks Marek Elementary School is taking the 5th graders on a field trip to Washington D.C. I’ve accepted the responsibility of raising money to support the funds needed for him to participate in this trip. We feel it’s important for Kameron to attend this field trip to witness first hand of everything he learned about our nation’s capital. Mary Marek is planning to take the children to the National Zoo, National Museum of Natural History, National Air & Space Museum, National Museum of American History, Washington Monument, and many other educational and fun places in D.C. I have an ambitious goal of $1500.00 that I want to raise for the cause. Please join me in this endeavor.
Mary Burks Marek Elementary School is located in Pearland, TX. The school is prekindergarten through 5th grade and has reputation for setting the standards for education in the Alvin School district. Feel free to visit their website below.
