Sponsorship letter for Gaming Server

Hello,

My husband and I run a gaming community and we are in need of serious upgrades for our game server. We need to write letters to various computer companies asking if they would be willing to sponsor us for full products or parts, but I have not done this before and I would be very grateful for any help you may provide.
