Sponsorship letter

Hi there, i was wondering if you could help on this on. I must write a sponsorship letter for our gospel group we have a show this coming weekend in Tsumeb Namibia its about 6 hours drive from where live. The problem is i have no idea how to write the letter, the letter is just to ask for fuel money to go and come back. Please help.
