Sponsorship letter

my name is shaik ahmed osmani ,i work for REHAB AL KHALEEJ perfume company. my company is giving me a trip to UK . so i want a sponsor letter to submit in the UK embassy .......plz jus guide me in completion of my letter........like wat r the main contents that has to be taken care for.....etc
