Sponsorship E-mail?

Hey guys,

I have been working on a project for a whyle now and have a few sponsorship letter written that i am quite pleased with. But what throws me off is everyone says E-mail should be more short and sweet straight to the point than a Business Letter. Well that is all fine but the companies i would like to ask sponsorship from prefer you send it in email form...

So my question is can i still put a header with my logo and information in an email? I still need to provide quite a bit of information. I can not really make it short and sweet like everyone recomends. So how do i take a busness letter and put it in am email? Without removing any content.

Thanks in advance for any advide or ideas. I want to have as high a chance of getting this sponsorship as possible.

rtf, etc) and attach it to the email. This way you get them your entire letter, with the formatting and all that you prefer so that it is still very professional, but you can get it to them quicker than through the postal system. I hope this helps.

My best suggestion would be to leave it in a document file (like you probably already have it- such as a Word file or anything with .doc or .rtf, etc) and attach it to the email. Of course haha. I dont know how i did not think of that. But regarding this, Is it still important to put the full address of the company I am sending this letter to at the top of it? As if i were sending it via the poatal system.. or can that part be left off?

Considering a lot of these companies do not even list an address for you to use.

I would suggest that if you have the address, go ahead and put it there- but if not I would not worry about it. If you think it might be easy to find, then finding it and adding it might be impressive. However, if they have not provided it then I doubt its presence on the letter would be important to them.
