Sponsorship

Hi I need some help. I would like to write a cover letter asking for sponsorship to a company. I'm acting as a sponsorhip coordinator. Would like to ask the company if they can financailly sponsor our events Ms Teen for the lights, sound & DJ during the Pre pageant night. There will be some benefits to receive. Could you please help on how to start & end the letter. Thank you very much.
