Sponsership letter for sports club

Hi! I am in desperate need of assistance in writing a generic sponsorship letter. My husband and I have taken on the task of running an 8 and under girls fastpitch softball team. The team goals are to be able to play in the world series this year. We are needing help to fund uniforms and traveling expenses to play touraments. We have to qualify in tournaments in order to play in the world series. We have an awesome group of girls with great parents that are always willing to help in anyway possible. However, most of the parents simply can't afford the costs and we DO NOT want to have to turn any little girl away. Please help!!
