Sponcership letter

I've made the sponcership proposal for a music event which happens every weekend. Now i need a short covering letter. Have serched the net for around 4 days nows. Everything i see is either too long or has way too much information which is alredy on the proposal. Also, this letter will be signed by the CEO of the company so i need it looks a bit professional... letters i see inclueds phrased like "Are you interested" which i think is not so ummm appropriate.

Anyone has a sample you can let me? Need it to be short and professional!!
