spokesman vs ambassador

Hi, everyone:

Could you tell me the difference between "spokesman" and "ambassador" when they are used with ”brand"?(That is, “brand spokesman" and "brand ambassador")

In my opinion, "brand spokesman" is a much more common expression. Using 'ambassador' sounds more unusual, and possibly more creative. Otherwise the two expressions mean exactly the same thing to me.

Same, ambassador brings perhaps more pretention and expected/intended prestige.

A brand spokesman will have to speak about the brand publicly. A brand ambassador, on the other hand, can choose to only use the brand, that's it.
