was asking this question
i am working with a class between the age 14-18 i need some suggestions on how the entire school can assess the spoken english of the students around this age to assess the spoken English on the students in a more accurate and less pressurized way..please help me to some of the suggestions..anyone out there,help

Its quite difficult in the area or country where English is the second language. I am from India. In School we speak 50% English 30% hindi and 20% some regional language.
