Spoken English

Hi. whenever I speak, I cannot pronounce the word correctly some of the words. Also, I use wrong terms/words which I realize once I finish my sentence. How to overcome this problem. Am I the only one facing this issue. English is my second language. Otherwise my english is okay but not impressive

I understand what you are saying. You are not the only one. Every learner goes through the same process.
Preposition use has a lot to do with reading and practice. Pay attention to how native writers use prepositions
and when and how they use certain words. Using correct words has to do with understanding of the language.
It takes times to learn and form correct grammar in your mind

Try to speak more slowly and always think before you speak. Practicing is the only thing that really helps. The more you use language, the easier it becomes to say she/he, mean/meant, in/on correctly.

Practice saying common phrases again and again when you are by yourself.
Practice saying the correct versions of the sentences you used wrong words in when you are by yourself.
