Spoken english

hello, my name is raman,my native language in punjabi,i have a problem in english speaking,whenever i want to answer anyone in english, i get confused what was the question and how to answer that question,i know the answer in our native language, but while speaking in english,i don't know what is happened to me,i think i need more practice in speking english,plz tell me how can i do that.
