Splashed with vs splashed on PLEASE HELP

Which would you say?

1 The car splased me with water as it drove over the puddle.

2. The car splashed water on me as it drove over the puddle/

3. I was splashed with water as I peed in a puddle of water.

Which would one say

I would say "drove through the puddle," but otherwise both #1 and 32 are okay. Regarding #3 -- are you sure you were splashed with water? " (I am trying to resist asking why anyone would pee in a puddle of water.

I would say "drove through the puddle," but otherwise both #1 and 32 are okay.

Regarding #3 -- are you sure you were splashed with water? Never having peed in a puddle of water, I might not understand the situation correctly, but I would suggest "I was splashed as I peed into a puddle of water."

(I am trying to resist asking why anyone would pee in a puddle of water.

What I'm trying to say is, you know when water trickles into a sick full of water,when it hits the water, there is a little splash Thats what I'm trying to say.

  • The water pressure was so low that when i washed my hands, the water in the sink splashed on me. (for some reason that sounds off)
