So what does "spent" mean?
I checked the dictionary, it had written "exhusted".

Yes, but we don't use "spent" or "exhausted" for feet.

The following is okay.
'I worked very hard all day and I can't do anymore. I'm totally (spent)(exhausted).'

We don't use it either for "hands"?
