What it mean "spend" in this context?
Maybe I've got wrong what he says on that video..

"Actually, Uncle Bob, the real job creators are [not rich people, like me, but rather] the vast middle class and the poor, whose spending [whose spending = the money that the middle class and the poor, the customers of the business owners, spends on purchases] motivates companies to add jobs..."
