Spend / Spent

What do these ones mean? When would I use these?

1. Does this bank company keep a record of the things I spent on? (I have used my bank card on things already?)
2. Does this bank company keep a record of the things I spend on? (I'm applying for a bank card?)
3. Does this bank company keep a record of the things I have spent on? (Same as #1 except present perfect?

Thanks.
