Spelling bee

Hi there,

I am having problems with the noun "bee" ( = social gathering to hold a competition )

Could you please give me a few (most common) collocations meeting the 'template' below?

(1) "spelling bee"

(2) " ??? bee"

There is also a sewing bee and its sister quilting bee. These are not competitions, though. They are the only two I can think of, but you can tack "bee" onto any activity similar to spelling to name a competition, like "math bee" or "history bee".
