A question, I suppose, is whether it should always have a capital 'T'
It's a brand name and, if you're discussing the specific product, I think it's appropriate to write Thermocol
However, I get the impression that the word is now used generically for any stretch polystyrene and, if you're using it in that way, it's OK to write thermocol
