Speed of wind, or wind speed or wind velocity???

Hi!!! I need some help! I have been translating a scientific article about PM10 concentrations in the capital. I got confussed when I read an article in the Wikipedia, which I cannot find right now. The article said that "speed of wind" and "wind speed" should not be confused. In addittion, a colleague recommended me to use "wind velocity"... so, I am not sure what should I use. Emotion: surprise

The original text says:

Thanks in advance for any comment and any help!
